 The Future Is Here!

    


Technology has changed over the past decade in ways we would have never imagined. Facebook used to be a place for college students to interact and communicate with one another and you had to have a student email to have access to it.

In today's world, Facebook is a place for people around the world to communicate through status updates, photos, and messenger. It is like living in a virtual reality. You can video chat with a loved one or a friend and feel as if you are in the same room as them.

So what exactly is meta? Meta is basically where people can communicate through technology with other people. I personally think the future of technology is interesting. Having avatars, virtual reality, and video games are just some of the examples of what meta is. 

Never would I have imagined a world the way it is now.The world is so virtual you are able to try things on with out even leaving your home. For instance, if you want to see what a shade of foundation looks like on you, you can head over to the ULTA app and do exactly that. There are also some website like Amazon that you can see how furniture looks in a room in your home. 

The world is rapidly changing, and it continues to change, I like the way social media is. I enjoy playing video games, and dressing up my little avatar on Snapchat. I love that if I am not by a loved one that is living out of the state I can video chat them in an instant. It may be difficult for the older generation to get used to the fact that social media can be used for business and communicating with others, but this is the future and the advances help people out a lot. Meta is now, and it is the future.
